Ordering, Shipping & Delivery
After placing your order, Nocesroyales.ca will automatically send you an email confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email with the tracking number to track your order with the carrier.
Please make sure your email is accurate and add our firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail to your white list so it will not be marked as spam. Phone numbers are optional but we recommend adding it as it will help our team members to communicate with you regarding your order and service you better.
All products are subject to availability. Most of our products will be shipped within 2-7 business days. Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. EST to be processed the same business day. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
Special commands apply to dresses that are not available for immediate shipment but will be available at a later date. Please contact us at email@example.com to check the availability of the required item and specify the desired date of receipt. The orders department will then inform you of all the details needed.Once the order is placed, we will email you the confirmation of the delivery date . No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed and confirmed
Pre-orders are orders placed on goods that are not in stock for immediate delivery but will be shipped on a later date. If the delivery date is longer than 25 days, you will be notified by email.
All orders are treated and processed on the same day within two hours. All processed orders can not be canceled afterwards. Once your order is shipped, you can not refuse the shipment for any reason. Orders shipped and refused by the customer will incur up to 70% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be debited to his account.

All orders are shipped from Montreal. Sales taxes are applied only to orders shipped in Canada.
If you wish to pay by money order, please email us at email@example.com for more information. Please contact us and inform us of your payment sent date, so we can reserve your order. The order will be shipped once payment is received.
nocesroyales.ca accepts bank transfers domestically or internationally. Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Orders placed with nocesroyales.ca are shipped by Canada Post and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to availability of items. Orders entered before 2:00 p.m. (EST) Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m.(EST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday
There are no shipping charges for domestic orders.
International orders are shipped via Canada Post, DHL, UPS or FEDEX. The cost of international shipping to most countries will be determined at the time of submitting the order. We are not responsible for additional customs charges possibly being required. We recommend that you consult your customs office or local post for more information. All shipments require a signature.
